Returns & Exchanges

Customers are asked to provide as much notice as possible for any cancellation, rescheduling request, or change to the agreed scope of work. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required whenever possible.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of part or all of the deposit, particularly if materials have already been ordered, delivered, reserved, or prepared specifically for the project.

Special-order, perishable, custom, or non-returnable materials, including sod and certain landscape materials, may not be eligible for refund once ordered.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be based on costs already incurred for materials, delivery, labor, equipment, scheduling, and other project expenses.

Eden Oasis Landscaping LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when sufficient notice is provided.
