Shipping Policy

Eden Oasis Landscaping LLC provides local delivery for eligible landscaping materials, including sod and other project-related materials, within our service area.

Delivery availability, pricing, and scheduling depend on the customer’s location, order size, supplier availability, and site access.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring there is safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles. Any special access conditions, gated entrances, narrow roads, restricted parking, or other delivery limitations should be disclosed before the delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, supplier delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because sod and certain landscaping materials are fresh, perishable, or special-order products, delivery dates may be limited based on availability. Once these materials have been ordered or dispatched, cancellation or refund options may be limited.

Customers should inspect delivered materials as soon as reasonably possible and report any concerns promptly.

Delivery fees, when applicable, will be provided before the order or project is confirmed.

Eden Oasis Landscaping LLC does not currently offer standard nationwide parcel shipping unless specifically stated otherwise.
