Scope of Work:

• Prepare and level the existing subgrade
• Set forms for the 12' × 16' concrete pad
• Install reinforcement
• Supply and pour approximately 3 yards of concrete
• Finish concrete surface
• Remove forms after completion
• Final job site cleanup

Total Project Price: $3,500

Client Responsibility: Existing brick/pavers will be removed by the client prior to the scheduled start date. Brick removal and disposal are not included in this estimate.

Any additional work outside the original scope or unforeseen site conditions requiring additional materials or labor will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

Payment Terms:

50% deposit to schedule and secure materials: $1,750

Remaining balance upon completion: $1,750
